
Dr. Mary Kiledjian, D.M.D., is a dedicated General Dentist at Dr. Dayna Cassandra & Associates, where she combines scientific precision with an artistic touch to provide comprehensive care. Born and raised in Bergen County, she is proud to serve the community she calls home and currently resides in Paramus. Dr. Kiledjian’s approach to dentistry is rooted in building meaningful, long-term connections. She takes the time to truly get to know every patient, ensuring that each interaction fosters trust and makes individuals feel valued, understood, and genuinely cared for.
Dr. Kiledjian graduated in the top 10% of her class from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2020. She furthered her expertise through a rigorous General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where she managed complex cases ranging from full-mouth rehabilitation to surgical extractions. She is highly skilled in modern dental treatments, including clear aligner therapy, CAD/CAM for same-day restorations, and facial aesthetics such as neurotoxin and fillers.
Committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Dr. Kiledjian is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Cosmetics, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the NJ Academy of General Dentistry, and the Bergen County Dental Society. Her excellence in the field has been recognized with the Society for Color and Appearance in Dentistry Award, which honors her proficiency in aesthetic dentistry.
Dr. Kiledjian’s passion for helping others extends beyond the dental chair; she participated in a Cheerful Heart Dental Mission to the Dominican Republic and Haiti, providing free care to over 1,000 patients in underserved regions. Outside of the practice, she enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling with her husband. She lives by the philosophy of Aesop: "No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted".
